When Carla Toledo joined Sharkmob about 2 years ago, internal processes were being redesigned, and so began her journey of transforming scrum processes in a young, dynamic company. She started the procurement process by implementing an IT ticket system together with a SAM tool that is the main tool used today. For about 1-1.5 years, the transformation of internal processes in IT software procurement has been completed and is being improved when new challenges appear.
