In this morning workshop, we will explore how to build a future-ready ITAM team by developing the right skills, sourcing mix, and use of managed services. Together, we’ll look at ways to overcome data silos and tool sprawl to enable smarter IT asset decisions, and discuss how to shift from reactive cost management to proactive, value-driven ITAM strategies.
