Dorota Sołdrowska has been employed as a Senior Licensing Specialist at Orange Polska S.A. since 2015. In her position, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with licensing terms and conditions of major manufacturers, creating and evaluating licensing agreements, transferring licenses within the Orange Group, dealing with licensing audits, implementing ISO 19770-1 standards within the company, and negotiating contracts with manufacturers.

Orange Polska is the main supplier of telecommunications services in Poland. Orange Polska provides services, including fixed-line telecommunications, voicemail, landline and Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP"). In addition, the Group provides leased lines, radio communications and other telecommunications services, sells telecommunications equipment, electronic calling cards and offers data transmission, multimedia services and various Internet services. At the end of 2012, Orange Polska had over 20 million customers with various services (mobile, fixed, broadband, TV). At the end of 2012, we had revenues of PLN 14.1 billion, an EBITDA margin of 34.2% and net free cash flow of PLN 1.5 billion. In 2016, Orange Polska recorded a decrease in fixed access lines of 68,000 compared to 136,000 in 2015. This slower reduction resulted exclusively from a 50% increase in the very high-speed broadband customer base. This increase was supported by significant investments in the fiber-optic network and the increasingly uncompetitive ADSL migration. As a result, the share of very high-speed broadband services reached approximately 25% of fixed broadband access (compared with 15% at the end of 2015). In the major cities, Orange Polska is focusing on expanding FTTH coverage and improving its market share in the fixed-network area.
