This session explores why sourcing AI solutions requires a different approach than traditional SaaS procurement. While SaaS deals typically rely on standardized pricing and contract models, AI introduces complexities such as usage-based or outcome-driven costs, questions around IP ownership, data transparency, and increased vendor lock-in risks. Panelists will discuss how procurement teams can adapt strategies, negotiate effectively, and ensure value while balancing innovation with cost control and compliance.
