This workshop explores how to build and deploy an AI negotiation bot to manage most vendor discussions, significantly reducing manual effort. Participants will learn how to set negotiation parameters—such as ideal outcomes, lowest acceptable offers, and strategic goals—and integrate the bot into procurement processes. We’ll also discuss how to ensure vendors engage directly with the bot, enabling faster, consistent, and resource-efficient negotiations across the majority of spend.
